This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design, develop, and sustain high-quality solutions within SaaS healthcare applications and services.
• Oversee, evaluate, and enhance the outputs from AI coding agents to ensure the delivery of functional software.
• Convert requirements into specifications, tasks, prompts, acceptance criteria, and technical design documentation.
• Utilize AI coding agents to implement features, fix defects, write tests, generate documentation, and safely alter unfamiliar code.
• Assess AI-generated code for accuracy, security, performance, quality, and compliance with engineering standards.
• Work collaboratively with senior engineers, architects, and cross-functional teams.
• Design, construct, troubleshoot, and maintain secure, scalable, and dependable healthcare applications.
• Implement CI/CD, automation, auditability, automated testing, infrastructure as code, and policy as code.
• Take responsibility for changes deployed to production.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of software engineering experience, including practical use of AI-assisted development tools.
• Familiarity with AI coding agents or assistants such as Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar tools through professional, academic, or significant personal projects.
• Capability to write clear, concise instructions and technical specifications.
• Comprehension of how context, examples, constraints, and acceptance criteria affect agent output.
• Strong skills in code reading and code reviewing.
• Ability to evaluate generated code for accuracy, security, performance, safety, and compliance with established standards.
• Knowledge of object-oriented programming in C#, Java, or TypeScript.
• Familiarity with version control, unit testing, continuous integration, and Agile development methodologies.
• Ability to safeguard PHI and other sensitive information using approved AI tools and company policies.
• Eligible to take part in an annual bonus plan with a target of 5.00%.
