This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the strategy, systems, integrations, and data infrastructure that support the go-to-market initiatives.
• Collaborate with the marketing team, including SDRs, marketing operations, and content teams.
• Automate outbound efforts through email, LinkedIn, and other channels using tools like Clay, Outreach, Apollo, and Zapier.
• Monitor and leverage web traffic, ad interactions, and third-party intent data to convert leads.
• Work alongside performance marketing to ensure tracking and data integrity throughout the funnel.
• Manage the GTM marketing stack, ensuring data integrity and seamless integrations.
• Develop and sustain attribution models from the first touch to closed revenue.
• Create enrichment, scoring, and prospecting workflows within Clay.
• Design dashboards and reporting systems to evaluate campaign performance, pipeline contributions, and channel effectiveness.
• Streamline repetitive GTM processes through Zapier, native APIs, or custom scripts.
• Suggest tools to keep the marketing technology stack up to date.
• Document all processes and workflows.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing and/or revenue operations, growth engineering, or a related GTM systems role, with a proven track record of pipeline growth.
• Practical experience with HubSpot and Salesforce, including custom fields, workflows, and data architecture.
• Proficiency in using Clay for data enrichment and automating outbound workflows.
• Experience with Outreach or a similar sales engagement platform.
• Familiarity with Zapier or comparable iPaaS tools.
• Capability to integrate AI tools into daily operations.
• Strong knowledge of marketing attribution models.
• Comfort in working with APIs, webhooks, and data mapping across systems.
• Proficiency in spreadsheets, SQL, or BI tools for data validation and performance reporting.
• Experience with SQL and/or BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Sigma.
• Familiarity with Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and conversion tracking setup.
• Basic scripting skills in Python or JavaScript for custom integrations.
• Experience in scaling a marketing tech stack in a high-growth startup environment.
