This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Design and develop autonomous AI workflows that streamline software development, maintenance, support, and operational functions.
• Construct multi-agent systems for root-cause analysis, bug investigation, code modification, testing, validation, and deployment with minimal human oversight.
• Create AI-powered support automation that assesses customer issues, suggests solutions, implements fixes, and verifies outcomes.
• Develop self-sufficient vulnerability remediation workflows utilizing tools such as Aikido Security and AI-driven code agents.
• Establish frameworks for repetitive engineering tasks across various products and technology stacks.
• Create reusable agent architectures, prompts, workflows, guardrails, evaluation frameworks, and governance models.
• Design centralized AI management and observability platforms for large-scale monitoring, orchestration, and governance.
• Measure and enhance automation effectiveness, engineering productivity, support efficiency, remediation time, and operational cost reduction.
• Identify opportunities to convert manual engineering processes into AI-managed workflows.
• Propel the adoption of AI-native operational models that lessen reliance on product-specific expertise.
• Completion of a computer science undergraduate degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 6 or more years of professional software development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with C# and .NET.
• 2–3 years or proven expertise in building and managing agentic AI systems in production settings.
• Extensive hands-on experience with AI coding agents, autonomous software development workflows, and multi-agent orchestration platforms.
• Familiarity with GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf, OpenHands, or similar platforms.
• Experience in designing AI workflows for software development, testing, support, DevOps, security remediation, or operational engineering.
• Strong understanding of AI evaluation frameworks, guardrails, safety mechanisms, observability, and governance.
• Experience integrating AI agents into CI/CD pipelines and software engineering workflows.
• Ability to quickly grasp unfamiliar codebases and technology stacks through AI-assisted methods.
• Strong software engineering foundation sufficient to review, validate, and enhance AI-generated solutions.
• Proven track record of delivering measurable productivity, automation, or cost-reduction results through AI technologies.
• Experience with Microsoft technologies such as Active Directory and Exchange is a plus.
• Familiarity with on-premises products and C#/.NET within the Microsoft technical ecosystem is a plus.
• Experience with multi-agent frameworks like CrewAI, AutoGen, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, or OpenAI Agents.
• Experience with AI-enhanced development environments such as Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf, or GitHub Copilot.
• Experience with security remediation platforms like Aikido Security.
• Experience with automated code review and vulnerability remediation systems.
• Experience with AI observability and evaluation platforms.
• Experience with agent governance and safety controls.
• Experience with autonomous CI/CD and release automation.
• Experience with AI-assisted support and customer issue resolution systems.
• Experience developing and maintaining YAML CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or similar systems.
