Software Engineer – Full-Stack .NET, Java, Python, React

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services utilizing C#/.NET, Java, and Python.

• Create front-end applications using React with TypeScript.

• Model data effectively, write optimized SQL, and fine-tune queries and schemas for SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.

• Gradually modernize legacy applications while ensuring production stability.

• Develop and utilize REST APIs alongside third-party or partner integrations.

• Employ AI coding tools and agents in accordance with team standards and assess their outputs.

• Create unit and integration tests while ensuring the maintenance of green CI/CD pipelines.

• Deploy applications to and troubleshoot cloud environments, primarily in AWS and occasionally in Azure.

• Collaborate directly with client stakeholders to clarify requirements, estimate tasks, and discuss trade-offs.

• Conduct peer code reviews and provide mentorship to less experienced engineers.

• Engage in client projects spanning healthcare, education, insurance, and SaaS, with opportunities for transition between engagements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of professional experience in software development delivering production code.

• Experience with modern .NET (6 or later) and a working knowledge of .NET Framework.

• Practical experience with Java, preferably with Spring or Spring Boot.

• Proficiency in writing Python services, scripts, and data tooling.

• Strong capabilities in React and TypeScript, including state management and component design.

• Solid understanding of SQL and relational database design; production experience with SQL Server and/or PostgreSQL.

• Daily hands-on use of AI coding assistants and the ability to evaluate their outputs.

• Experience with automated testing frameworks, such as xUnit, JUnit, pytest, or Jest.

• Familiarity with Git-based CI/CD workflows.

• Excellent communication skills in professional English, capable of interacting with both technical and non-technical individuals.

• Proficient across .NET/C#, Java, Python, React, and relational databases; with expertise in at least two of these technologies.

• Availability to overlap work hours by at least 6 hours with Dallas, Texas, USA.

• Preferred experience with legacy migrations, Next.js, Node.js, NestJS, AWS infrastructure as code, Docker, NoSQL, caching, regulated domains, LLM APIs, agent frameworks, RAG, technical leadership, SonarQube, or SAST scanners.
