Software Engineer, Full-Stack

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Develop comprehensive full-stack AI agents that successfully carry out valuable, role-specific workflows across various customer tools.

• Create end-to-end agent workflow experiences, encompassing triggers, context collection, user interactions, and finalized actions.

• Enhance and expand connector capabilities, including reading, writing, authentication, administration, and observability functions.

• Prototype innovative agent experiences and conduct user testing.

• Leverage feedback and data insights to steer both product and technical decisions.

• Work in partnership with Product, Design, and customer-facing teams to translate customer requirements into scalable solutions.

• Establish reusable technical foundations and engineering practices for future agents.

• Begin coding and deploying in the first week, delivering impactful features within the initial months.

• Foster a data-driven, experimentation-focused culture.
