• Substitute outdated workarounds with more streamlined native features.

• Optimize workflows, automation, and integrations.

• Enhance the CRM's intuitiveness for team members.

• Develop and enhance integrations with GitHub, Microsoft Azure, and WordPress.

• Utilize APIs and Zoho development tools, such as Deluge and Creator.

• Enhance reporting, analytics, and information flow across applications.

• Identify opportunities to streamline processes.

• Investigate practical AI applications for decision-making, information interpretation, workflow enhancement, and client/supplier assistance.
