Business Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Oversee strategic priorities, monitor progress, and ensure follow-through within the practice.

• Enhance staffing and workforce planning by aligning consultant capacity with project requirements.

• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to address hiring needs and streamline the hiring and onboarding processes.

• Manage and optimize ongoing practice operations, systems, and workflows.

• Create reporting tools and dashboards that offer insights into staffing, performance, and business requirements.

• Identify chances to simplify workflows, boost efficiency, and enhance practice operations.

• Foster alignment among stakeholders and ensure priorities remain on track.

• Collaborate with Leadership & Organizational Development to implement strategic priorities, enhance operations, and develop scalable processes that support ongoing growth.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is required.

• Over 5 years of experience in business operations, practice management, program management, internal consulting, or a related field.

• Proven experience in building and enhancing operational processes and systems.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and project management capabilities.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and influence stakeholders without formal authority.

• Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities.

• Familiarity with Salesforce, reporting platforms, or business intelligence tools is advantageous.

• Willingness to travel across the United States.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis.
