Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, test, launch, and maintain frontend applications, backend services, data pipelines, and AI systems.

• Create systems that support models, specialized reasoning and resolution agents, and human-in-the-loop AI functionalities.

• Conduct A/B tests and implement production features linked to tangible business results.

• Collaborate with product managers and operators to transform manual workflows into agentic and AI-driven automations.

• Partner with AI and ML engineers to develop AI-native systems that merge deterministic logic, traditional ML models, and large language models (LLMs).

• Design and construct secure, compliant, and scalable systems.

• Take ownership of the design, implementation, and delivery of projects commensurate with your level.

• Lead extensive projects, technical initiatives, teams, or broad organizational efforts based on your level.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-6+ years of software engineering experience in building, deploying, and maintaining production systems.

• Demonstrated experience taking ownership of features, products, or services throughout the complete software development lifecycle.

• Proficiency in designing and troubleshooting scalable systems with an emphasis on performance, reliability, and data integrity.

• Strong expertise in contemporary software development methodologies and full-stack application development.

• Capability to manage projects independently and work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.

• Strong dedication to clean code, software quality, operational excellence, and readiness for production.

• Experience in the healthcare sector is preferred, but not mandatory.
