Software Development Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Collaborate across teams to support technical decisions and advance platform development.

• Work alongside Tech Leads and Architecture teams to establish standards, best practices, and reusable solutions.

• Identify obstacles in development and implement enhancements for productivity and quality.

• Investigate and advocate for the integration of ChatGPT, Claude, AI agents, skills, and automation throughout the software development lifecycle.

• Assist in the development of backend architectures, APIs, microservices, and distributed solutions.

• Develop components, templates, and tools that enhance team efficiency.

• Disseminate knowledge and foster the technical growth of engineers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in backend development and high-scale systems.

• Proficient in C# / .NET.

• Familiarity with Azure and/or AWS, Kubernetes, RabbitMQ, and MongoDB.

• Understanding of microservices architecture, APIs, distributed systems, and CI/CD.

• Practical experience using ChatGPT, Claude, or comparable generative AI tools in software development.

• Knowledge of AI-assisted development methodologies, including code generation, review, testing, documentation, troubleshooting, agents, and automation.

• Capable of collaborating across Architecture, Tech Leads, Engineering, and Product teams.

• Strong communication abilities, technical influence, and a mindset geared towards continuous improvement.

• Preferred: Experience with Go (Golang).

• Preferred: Background in Platform Engineering or Developer Experience.

• Preferred: Experience in creating AI-powered agents, skills, MCPs, workflows, or automations.

• Preferred: Knowledge in Identity, Security, or Fraud Prevention solutions.
