SAP Business One® Application Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Create innovative software solutions and tailor-made extensions for SAP Business One.

• Design, develop, and implement add-ons, interfaces, and applications for both customer and product environments.

• Analyze business processes to devise efficient, forward-thinking solutions for digitalization and automation.

• Enhance and extend existing applications focusing on performance, usability, and maintainability.

• Integrate external systems, platforms, and web services into clients’ SAP Business One environments.

• Actively participate in customer projects from the technical design phase to successful go-live.

• Collaborate closely with customers, consultants, and project managers to convert business requirements into software solutions.

• Document development activities and ensure quality through structured development and testing processes.

• Assess new technologies and aid in the continuous evolution of development standards.

• Investigate AI, automation, and intelligent assistant systems, integrating them into customer and product solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed vocational training in IT, a degree in Computer Science or Business Information Systems, or an equivalent qualification.

• Strong knowledge of C#, .NET, and SQL.

• Experience in developing business applications and database solutions.

• Familiarity with ERP systems; experience with SAP Business One is highly preferred.

• Initial exposure to AI technologies, Large Language Models (LLMs), Copilot solutions, prompt engineering, or machine learning applications is advantageous.

• Excellent analytical skills and a structured, solution-oriented work approach.

• High self-motivation and enthusiasm for creating high-quality software solutions.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within interdisciplinary project teams.

• Proficient in German and basic English language skills.
