Software Development Instructor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Oversee student cohorts as they progress through their educational journey

• Offer structure, guidance, and encouragement to students

• Design and present engaging lessons, workshops, and live coding activities

• Address technical inquiries, obstacles, and learning difficulties

• Analyze student feedback and learning metrics to enhance teaching effectiveness

• Carry out code evaluations and assessments

• Conduct personalized mentoring sessions to foster individual development

• Contribute to shaping the future of tech talent at WBS CODING SCHOOL

• Collaborate with instructional and program teams

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive hands-on experience in modern full-stack web development

• Particularly with MERN stack, TypeScript, and API-driven architectures

• Practical experience with AI integrations in web applications

• Demonstrated ability to teach, mentor, and articulate complex technical concepts to learners from diverse backgrounds

• Proficient in German (C1–C2 level, ideally native)

• Proficient in English

• Experience with C#, Java, or similar programming languages is advantageous

• Strong grasp of professional software development workflows

• Capability to demonstrate clean, organized, and maintainable coding practices

• Empathetic, structured, and learner-centered approach

• Eagerness to continuously learn, evolve, and enhance technical skills and teaching methodologies

• Ability to work collaboratively with instructional and program teams
