This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

• Extensive experience as a Full-Stack Software Engineer / Developer.

• Proven track record in building and maintaining production applications.

• Comprehensive understanding of both front-end and back-end development processes.

• Capability to work independently and take charge of technical responsibilities.

• Strong skills in problem-solving and debugging.

• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and independently resolving challenges.

• Proficient English communication skills.

• Quick learner with a strong willingness to adopt new technologies.

• High sense of urgency and ownership of tasks.

• Preferred: prior experience in a startup or rapidly growing organization.

• Preferred: background in guiding products from early-stage development to launch.

• Preferred: experience in small, agile engineering teams.
