IAM Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Create, develop, and execute scalable Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions for identity provisioning, governance, and access management workflows.

• Integrate corporate directories, cloud environments, and third-party applications with the primary IAM platform.

• Configure and manage Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and federated identity protocols including SAML, OIDC, and OAuth.

• Automate user lifecycle processes utilizing low-code tools, scripting, or APIs.

• Implement architectures based on the Principle of Least Privilege and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) models.

• Collaborate with security, compliance, and infrastructure teams concerning data privacy regulations and internal audits.

• Diagnose and resolve intricate IAM incidents, system bugs, and integration challenges.

• Develop custom connectors, scripts, and API integrations.

• Maintain documentation for IAM architectures, deployment procedures, and operational guidelines.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Practical IAM experience with Auth0, Okta, Keycloak, Cognito, or Entra ID; familiarity with FusionAuth is advantageous.

• In-depth knowledge of OAuth2, OIDC, and SSO.

• Strong backend/full-stack experience with Java, .NET, or Node.

• Advanced proficiency in English is required.

• Capability to collaborate with clients in the United States.
