Principal Specialist – SAP BTP Integration Suite Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Comprehend integration needs involving SAP and third-party applications.

• Collaborate with both SAP and non-SAP teams on design and solutions.

• Work together with functional teams to establish technical design and documentation.

• Assist in defining BTP governance and best practices.

• Design, develop, and implement custom iFlows utilizing SAP BTP Integration Suite within SAP CPI.

• Create, develop, and deploy integrations with SAP API Management, Event Mesh, Advanced Event Mesh, and managed file data transfers.

• Diagnose production issues.

• Primarily work remotely from home.

• Travel to the site location as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field with at least 3 years of experience, or 9 years of relevant experience without a degree.

• Proficiency with Business Technology Platform (BTP) Integration Suite within SAP.

• Experience in troubleshooting production issues.

• Strong communication skills to liaise with functional and technical SAP teams, as well as infrastructure, security, and networking teams.

• Background in developing SAP solutions related to S/4HANA.

• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA Cloud for Application Interface Framework.

• Experience with an API Management tool such as Apigee.

• Knowledge of Event Mesh.

• U.S. citizenship is required; only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information related to this program/contract.

• Must operate from one of the 50 U.S. states, excluding U.S. Territories.

• SAP ABAP experience is preferred.

• BTP Certifications are preferred.
