Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain software utilizing C#/.NET, React, and contemporary cloud technologies.

• Create APIs, backend services, and event-driven architectures that connect cloud applications, devices, and external partners.

• Develop user-friendly experiences for web applications and interconnected devices.

• Leverage AI-assisted development tools for coding, testing, debugging, and problem-solving while upholding engineering standards.

• Contribute to AI-enhanced product features, including intelligent assistants, natural language interfaces, and data-driven automation.

• Deliver functional software in small, iterative increments alongside engineers, product teams, and customer-facing units.

• Transform legacy systems into scalable, maintainable cloud-native solutions.

• Enhance reliability and delivery through automated testing, CI/CD, monitoring, and Infrastructure as Code.

• Diagnose production issues and consistently improve products and engineering practices.

• Engage with connected dispensing devices, intelligent inventory management, AI-driven applications, cloud services, web applications, and integrations.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–4 years of professional experience in software development.

• Strong understanding of software engineering principles, object-oriented programming, and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficient in C# and .NET.

• Familiarity with JavaScript or TypeScript and modern front-end frameworks (preferably React).

• Experience in building or consuming REST APIs.

• Knowledge of Git, automated testing, and basic CI/CD workflows.

• A keen interest in emerging technologies and a passion for utilizing AI tools to enhance software development.

• Ability to learn swiftly, take ownership of tasks, communicate effectively, and collaborate well with others.

• Preferred: Experience with Microsoft Azure or similar cloud platforms.

• Preferred: Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or coding agents.

• Preferred: Exposure to LLMs, AI APIs, or Model Context Protocol (MCP).

• Preferred: Understanding of distributed systems, event-driven architecture, or IoT technologies.

• Preferred: Experience with Electron or applications that interface with physical hardware.

• Preferred: Familiarity with data platforms such as Microsoft Fabric, SQL, or PySpark.

• Preferred: Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code, DevOps automation, and secure software development practices.

• Preferred: Experience in working with hardware-integrated systems or IoT.

• Preferred: Comprehension of secure software development practices.
