Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Implement features across the entire stack, from designing APIs to frontend execution, and oversee their deployment into production.

• Create, sustain, and enhance integrations with external platforms for clinical, support, and operations teams.

• Analyze platform data by designing dependable, high-performance, scalable schemas and queries.

• Decompose tasks, identify dependencies, and keep the team updated on any changes in timelines.

• Offer targeted and constructive code review feedback to enhance quality and share relevant context.

• Proactively identify technical risks and raise them before they escalate.

• Collaborate closely with product managers, questioning technical decisions that may conflict with business or user requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of professional software engineering experience.

• Extensive experience with TypeScript and Node.js.

• Strong data background, including database design, SQL, and working with data across multiple services.

• Proven experience in building and maintaining third-party integrations and APIs.

• A business-oriented mindset, emphasizing outcomes and company objectives.

• A genuine passion for healthcare and enhancing patient access to care.

• Experience in health tech or with clinical systems is an advantage.
