This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Contribute to the technical strategy by developing secure and scalable infrastructure.
• Enhance Daymark Health’s cancer care platform throughout the entire stack, focusing on user experience, workflow integration, and security.
• Collaborate with engineering teams, operations, product management, data engineering, analytics, operational leadership, and external clients.
• Create essential systems and tools that empower the care team to deliver efficient and effective patient service.
• Adhere to secure development practices while carefully managing protected health information (PHI) in compliance with HIPAA and SOC 2 standards.
• Assist in launching the product into the market.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in designing and developing user-focused products.
• Comfortable working across the technology stack and quickly learning new components of a system.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Familiarity with AWS managed services, including EventBridge, Lambda, and DynamoDB.
• Skilled in using AI coding tools such as Claude, Cursor, and GitHub Copilot.
• Knowledge of healthcare technology, including EHRs and interoperability standards like FHIR and HL7, is advantageous.
• Strong ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Capability to engage directly with customers and convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Flexibility to adapt to rapid changes, manage competing priorities, and navigate a dynamic business environment.
