Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Write robust, high-quality code within a continuous delivery framework.

• Collaborate in a small, cross-functional Agile team to design and launch essential features.

• A curious mindset and a passion for continuous learning.

• Solid Computer Science fundamentals in system design, data structures, and algorithms.

• Capability to execute well-defined features with increasing independence, from technical design to completion.

• Active involvement in code reviews.

• Three (3) years of experience as a Software Engineer developing and maintaining a SaaS application.

• Proficiency in maintaining, building, and optimizing REST APIs.

• Strong expertise in Python development.

• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Gitlab CI/CD, Jenkins) and container technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

• Experience collaborating with a team of engineers and product managers to deliver products to end-users.

• Responsible, team-oriented, and highly organized.

• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

• Experience with cloud computing environments (e.g., AWS) is preferred.

• Familiarity with modern Python frameworks and technologies, such as Django, FastAPI, Flask, and SQLAlchemy is preferred.

• Background in integrating AI/ML models into production codebases is preferred.

• Proficiency in utilizing AI-powered developer tools is preferred.

• Knowledge of prompt engineering or LLM-based API integrations is preferred.
