Software Engineer – AI Data

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Identify new sources of audio data and establish dependable pipelines for integration into training datasets

• Develop and enhance large-scale data-processing systems, focusing on data quality, throughput, and cost-effectiveness

• Work closely with AI Scientists to refine training datasets and aid in the development of next-generation models

• Lead engineering projects from the initial problem identification through to implementation and ongoing enhancement

• Create high-quality datasets at petabyte scale and minimal cost by integrating engineering, infrastructure, and research efforts

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience

• Over 5 years of professional software engineering experience, with a robust foundation in backend development

• Expertise in Python and Bash within Linux environments

• Experience in building and managing production systems, particularly those involving data pipelines or large-scale data processing

• Exceptional problem-solving abilities, initiative, and the capacity to operate independently in uncertain environments

• Portfolio and LinkedIn profiles are requested upon application
