AI Engineer, Part-time – Agentes de IA & Automatización

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Develop autonomous AI agents capable of decision-making and executing financial tasks.

• Build and integrate REST APIs to connect the agent with external systems.

• Implement agent workflows using LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic).

• Work with emerging communication protocols between agents (MCP, A2A).

• Collaborate directly with the technical team on architectural decisions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Python and experience with REST APIs.

• Hands-on experience with LLMs and agent frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI API).

• Knowledge of agent architectures and autonomous workflows.

• Ability to work asynchronously and independently — we manage without micromanagement.

• Native or fluent Spanish speaker.

• Availability of 20 hours per week.

• Preferred: experience in fintech or payments, Stripe API, MCP.

• Essential: Python, LLMs / Large Language Models, LangChain, OpenAI API, REST API Development, AI Agents / Agentic AI, Prompt Engineering.

• Desirable: Anthropic / Claude API, LlamaIndex, MCP (Model Context Protocol), Stripe API, FastAPI, Fintech.

• Remote asynchronous work.
