Software Engineer, AI Data

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Identify new audio data sources and establish robust pipelines to integrate them into training datasets.

• Develop and enhance large-scale data-processing systems, focusing on data quality, throughput, and cost efficiency.

• Work closely with AI Scientists to refine training datasets and aid in the development of next-generation models.

• Take ownership of engineering projects from initial problem identification through implementation and ongoing enhancement.

• Create data pipelines that facilitate model training and innovative AI products.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.

• Over 5 years of professional software engineering experience, with a solid foundation in backend development.

• Proficiency in Python and Bash within Linux environments.

• Experience in building and maintaining production systems, particularly those involving data pipelines or large-scale data processing.

• Strong analytical skills, a proactive approach, and the capability to work independently in uncertain environments.
