Software Engineer, AI Data

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.

📋 Description

• Identify new audio data sources and create dependable pipelines to incorporate them into training datasets

• Develop and enhance large-scale data processing systems, focusing on data quality, throughput, and cost efficiency

• Work closely with AI Scientists to refine training datasets and assist in the development of next-generation models

• Assume responsibility for engineering projects from initial problem identification through implementation and ongoing enhancement

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, or equivalent hands-on experience

• Over 5 years of professional experience in software engineering, with a solid foundation in backend development

• Expertise in Python and Bash within Linux environments

• Experience in building and managing production systems, preferably with a focus on data pipelines or large-scale data processing

• Excellent problem-solving abilities, a proactive attitude, and the capacity to work independently in uncertain situations
