Software Engineer, AI Data

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Louisiana.

📋 Description

• Identify new sources of audio data and establish reliable pipelines to incorporate them into training datasets.

• Develop and enhance large-scale data-processing systems, focusing on data quality, throughput, and cost efficiency.

• Work closely with AI Scientists to refine training datasets and assist in the development of next-generation models.

• Take ownership of engineering projects from the initial problem identification through to implementation and ongoing enhancement.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, or equivalent hands-on experience.

• Over 5 years of professional software engineering experience, demonstrating solid backend development principles.

• Expertise in Python and Bash within Linux environments.

• Proven experience in building and managing production systems, preferably involving data pipelines or large-scale data processing.

• Strong analytical skills, proactive mindset, and the ability to work independently in uncertain situations.
