Software Engineer, AI Data

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho.

📋 Description

• Identify new sources of audio data and establish reliable pipelines to integrate them into training datasets.

• Develop and enhance large-scale data-processing systems, focusing on data quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.

• Work closely with AI Scientists to refine training datasets and assist in the development of next-generation models.

• Take charge of engineering projects from initial problem identification to implementation and ongoing improvement.

• Create data pipelines that drive model training and support next-generation AI products.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.

• Over 5 years of professional software engineering experience, with a strong foundation in backend development.

• Proficient in Python and Bash within Linux environments.

• Experience in building and maintaining production systems, ideally those involving data pipelines or large-scale data processing.

• Strong analytical skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work independently in uncertain environments.
