Software Engineer, AI Data

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Identify new sources of audio data and establish dependable pipelines to integrate them into training datasets.

• Develop and enhance large-scale data-processing systems, focusing on data quality, throughput, and cost efficiency.

• Work collaboratively with AI Scientists to refine training datasets and assist in the development of next-generation models.

• Take responsibility for engineering projects from problem identification through implementation and ongoing enhancement.

• Create high-quality datasets at a petabyte scale and minimal cost by merging engineering, infrastructure, and research efforts.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, or equivalent hands-on experience.

• Over 5 years of professional software engineering experience, with a solid foundation in backend development.

• Proficient in Python and Bash within Linux environments.

• Experience in building and managing production systems, preferably involving data pipelines or extensive data processing.

• Strong analytical skills, initiative, and the capability to work independently in uncertain environments.
