Software Engineer, AI Data

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.

📋 Description

• Identify new audio data sources and establish dependable pipelines for integrating them into training datasets.

• Develop and enhance large-scale data-processing systems, focusing on data quality, throughput, and cost optimization.

• Collaborate closely with AI Scientists to refine training datasets and facilitate the development of next-generation models.

• Oversee engineering projects from the initial problem discovery to implementation and ongoing enhancements.

• Create data pipelines that support model training and the development of next-generation AI products.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.

• Over 5 years of professional software engineering experience, with a strong foundation in backend development.

• Proficient in Python and Bash within Linux environments.

• Experience in building and maintaining production systems, particularly those involving data pipelines or large-scale data processing.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities, a proactive attitude, and the capacity to work independently in ambiguous situations.
