Software Engineer – AI Data

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Identify new audio data sources and develop dependable pipelines to integrate them into training datasets.

• Design and enhance large-scale data-processing systems, focusing on optimizing data quality, throughput, and cost efficiency.

• Partner with AI Scientists to refine training datasets and assist in the development of next-generation models.

• Take ownership of engineering projects from problem identification through implementation and ongoing enhancement.

• Create data pipelines that support model training and advance next-generation AI products.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.

• Over 5 years of professional software engineering experience.

• Strong foundational knowledge in backend development.

• Proficiency in Python and Bash within Linux environments.

• Experience in building and managing production systems, particularly those involving data pipelines or large-scale data processing.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities, initiative, and capacity to work independently in unclear situations.
