Software Engineer, AI Data

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Identify new audio data sources and create dependable pipelines for training datasets.

• Develop and enhance large-scale data-processing systems, focusing on data quality, throughput, and cost efficiency.

• Work in collaboration with AI Scientists to refine training datasets and support the development of next-generation models.

• Take ownership of engineering projects from the initial problem discovery stage through to implementation and ongoing improvement.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.

• Over 5 years of professional experience in software engineering.

• Strong foundational knowledge in backend development.

• Proficient in Python and Bash within Linux environments.

• Experience in building and managing production systems, preferably involving data pipelines or large-scale data processing.

• Capability to work independently in uncertain environments.

• Submission of a portfolio and LinkedIn profile is required when applying.
