Software Engineer, AI Data

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Identify and explore new sources of audio data, creating dependable pipelines to integrate them into training datasets.

• Develop and enhance large-scale data processing systems, focusing on data quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.

• Work in close collaboration with AI Scientists to refine training datasets and facilitate the development of next-generation models.

• Take ownership of engineering projects from the initial problem identification to implementation and ongoing enhancements.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.

• Over 5 years of professional experience in software engineering, with a strong foundation in backend development.

• Proficient in Python and Bash within Linux environments.

• Experience in building and maintaining production systems, preferably with a focus on data pipelines or large-scale data processing.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities, self-motivation, and the capability to work independently in uncertain situations.
