Software Engineer – AI, China Partnerships

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Assist in the creation and execution of initiatives and innovation projects related to AI.

• Investigate new AI technologies, tools, and trends, especially within the Chinese tech landscape.

• Work closely with the Chief AI & Information Officer on strategic AI endeavors.

• Engage in technical discussions with Chinese partners, technology providers, and key stakeholders.

• Aid in the assessment of AI solutions, models, frameworks, and development tools.

• Contribute to software development tasks, including coding, testing, and prototyping.

• Facilitate communication and collaboration between European and Chinese teams and partners.

• Create technical analyses, documentation, presentations, and research materials in both Chinese and English.

• Provide support for international business trips and meetings as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in Chinese at a native or near-native level (C1/C2).

• Minimum B2 level proficiency in English.

• Background in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline (completed or ongoing).

• Strong enthusiasm for Artificial Intelligence and emerging technologies.

• Hands-on experience with AI tools and models.

• Experience utilizing AI to enhance software development, programming, automation, or technical tasks.

• Valid passport and readiness to travel to China for business purposes.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Capability to handle confidential information and sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).

• Knowledge of additional languages, such as Polish.

• Familiarity with Generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, or AI-assisted development tools.

• Experience with tools like GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar AI technologies.

• Insight into the Chinese technology market.

• Previous experience in an international setting.

• Involvement in open-source, academic, or personal AI projects.
