GTM AI Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Take charge of AI projects from inception to completion, including problem identification, production deployment, and ongoing user adoption.

• Collaborate with GTM, operations, product, and strategy teams to uncover opportunities for automation and AI workflows.

• Convert undocumented internal processes into detailed specifications and functional systems.

• Collect requirements directly from employees engaged in the work.

• Establish new processes and tools to meet emerging business demands.

• Implement AI applications utilizing cloud infrastructure and integrate them into the GTM framework.

• Work with the hiring manager and GTM leadership to prioritize a pipeline of AI projects.

• Provide recommendations on future developments and articulate the reasoning behind these suggestions.

• Facilitate team connections, keep intricate initiatives on track, and ensure that execution aligns with intent.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in building and deploying AI-driven applications or workflows in real-world settings beyond just demonstrations.

• Practical knowledge of tools such as Workato, HubSpot, Zapier, Claude Code, Vercel, AWS, or similar platforms.

• Experience in leading internal projects involving multiple stakeholders.

• Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to shifting requirements.

• Proficient in conducting user interviews or gathering requirements from end users directly.

• Capability to structure data and context for AI systems, ensuring that outputs are consistent and reliable in production environments.

• Strong analytical abilities and comfort with utilizing data to monitor performance and guide decision-making.

• A proactive mindset, sense of ownership, long-term vision, and a focus on customer satisfaction.

• Ability to act swiftly while upholding high standards and navigating ambiguity with ease.
