Software Engineer 4 – TV Product UI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Develop cutting-edge UI features for Netflix's premier TV application designed for devices with performance and memory constraints.

• Work in collaboration with product, design, algorithm, and engineering teams to define project scopes and enhance user experiences.

• Test product variations through A/B testing with real users for validation.

• Write and maintain TypeScript/JavaScript code utilizing React frameworks and Redux architecture tailored for TV platforms.

• Create testable code and establish automation to ensure functionality in collaboration with testing engineers.

• Launch features that have a direct and measurable impact on business outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in developing consumer-facing products or applications.

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.

• Capability to work across various programming languages and technology stacks, such as Node.js and GraphQL.

• A keen interest in understanding how members interact with the application and a strong desire to develop product features.

• A robust sense of independence and a proactive approach to action.
