Software Development Engineer II – Kubernetes

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Assist in the creation of tests, supporting frameworks, and the execution of continuous delivery pipelines.

• Validate and assess cloud-native architectures.

• Diagnose and resolve failures in automated test pipelines.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional engineering teams in an Agile setting to enhance quality.

• Engage in defining best practices for testing.

• Share technical expertise with colleagues.

• Contribute to the development of the next-generation platform for new products and services.

• Streamline the performance, reliability, security, and operational requirements of cloud-native products and services.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

• Proven experience in building test automation solutions using Pytest/Python.

• Familiarity with operating or testing scalable production services using Kubernetes and cloud-native technologies.

• Fundamental understanding of Linux operating systems.

• Basic knowledge of networking principles.

• Awareness of security principles.

• Experience utilizing CI/CD tools.

• Capability to thrive in an Agile environment.
