Software Development Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications and services while being guided by senior engineers and technical leads.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide high-quality, scalable, and secure solutions.

• Engage in requirements analysis, coding, testing, deployment, and production support activities.

• Continuously enhance technical expertise and contribute to the objectives of the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in software development, application development, or a related technical field.

• Fundamental knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, JavaScript, or similar.

• Understanding of software development principles, data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming concepts.

• Familiarity with relational databases, APIs, and web technologies.

• Experience with version control systems like Git.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging capabilities.

• Proficient written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
