Software Developer, Systems Software – O&M

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop, configure, test, deploy, and provide support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.

• Create and maintain custom CRM features, such as plugins, JavaScript web resources, custom entities, forms, views, workflows, and security roles.

• Design and implement solutions utilizing Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.

• Engage in hands-on development using C#, JavaScript, .NET, ASP.NET, Web API, and other related Microsoft technologies.

• Create and support integrations between Dynamics 365 and enterprise applications through REST APIs, OData, JSON, XML, and other integration technologies.

• Develop and manage SQL Server databases, encompassing stored procedures, views, triggers, and reporting queries.

• Assist in enterprise application modernization, enhancement, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Take part in requirements analysis, application design, development, testing, deployment, and production support activities.

• Diagnose application issues and implement effective technical solutions.

• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

• Collaborate with senior developers, technical leads, project managers, business stakeholders, and Federal Government clients.

• Engage in code reviews, technical documentation, testing, and quality assurance activities.

• Adhere to development, security, testing, documentation, and deployment standards.

• Convey technical information, development status, issues, and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in software development.

• Bachelor's degree or higher in statistics, computer science, mathematics, or a related discipline.

• Hands-on experience in developing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.

• Strong development experience with C#, JavaScript, .NET, ASP.NET, Web API, or similar Microsoft technologies.

• Experience in creating CRM plugins, JavaScript web resources, custom entities, forms, views, workflows, and security roles.

• Background in integrating enterprise applications using REST APIs, OData, JSON, XML, and related integration models.

• Proficient in SQL Server, including database development, stored procedures, views, triggers, and reporting queries.

• Experience in supporting enterprise application modernization or enhancement initiatives.

• Experience in Agile/Scrum development environments.

• Strong communication skills with technical teams, business stakeholders, and Federal Government clients.

• Active Secret clearance is required.

• Must possess or be eligible to obtain and complete a government security screening and/or a Secret security clearance.
