This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Utilize technical proficiency in software development for ReliaSoft applications
• Address technical challenges and deliver innovative solutions to clients
• Complete assigned tasks while contributing to the achievement of team objectives
• Collaborate with the team to devise software solutions for intricate technical issues
• Continuously enhance departmental processes and procedures
• Engage in paired programming sessions
• Evaluate software code for technical competence and suitability
• Participate in daily remote meetings with teams based in the UK and US
• Create documentation regarding software artifact design, functionality, and releases
• Employ Agile software development methodologies
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• At least 2 years of experience in designing web-based applications
• Proficient in TypeScript
• Familiarity with React and its associated libraries; knowledge of Material-UI, React Query/TanStack Query, and React Hook Form is advantageous
• Experience in implementing responsive design
• Proficient in server-side programming languages such as C#/.NET, Node.js, or Python
• Knowledge of ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework Core, and RESTful APIs
• Skilled in using GitHub for version control and CI/CD pipelines
• Familiarity with Docker tools
• Understanding of testing frameworks like xUnit, Vitest, and Playwright
• Experience in writing unit tests and understanding integration and performance testing best practices
• Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases
• Familiarity with observability tools such as Grafana
• Experience with Agile workflows and Jira
• Awareness of web development security best practices
• Agile/Scrum development experience is a plus but not mandatory
• Proven problem-solving skills and proactive initiative
• Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting
• Effective in working with distributed international teams
• Legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without requiring employment visa sponsorship now or in the future
