Software Developer – Python, Django

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Enhance and refine our internal tools and procedures.

• Create and integrate APIs and interfaces with external platforms.

• Assist the team in overcoming technical obstacles and implementing automation solutions.

• Play a key role in the development of our upcoming customer portal.

• Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows.

• Deliver projects independently while closely collaborating with the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Hands-on approach: You are proactive and implement practical solutions swiftly.

• Agile mindset: You operate in a solution-focused and effective way without unnecessary complexity.

• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience with Python/Django.

• Expertise in SQL, PostgreSQL, and MariaDB.

• Familiarity with Make.com and Zapier.

• Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

• Experience with RESTful APIs and webhooks.

• Background in CI/CD pipelines and Docker; Kubernetes experience is a plus.

• Basic knowledge of AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.

• Proficient in Git and Clean Code principles.

• Experience with—or the ability to quickly learn—Close.io, Airtable, DailFire, and Google Sheets.

• Capability to swiftly adapt to new tools and systems.

• Proactive work style with strong problem-solving abilities.

• Effective communication skills and thorough documentation of work outcomes.

• Proficiency in German, both written and verbal.
