Software Developer – Payroll Software

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

• Spearhead the technological evolution of applications within the payroll sector

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in software development

• Proficiency in Delphi and C# is preferred

• Strong understanding of SQL

• Experience with relational databases such as InterBase, Firebird, and MS SQL Server

• Keen interest in modern software architectures, automation solutions, and innovative technologies

• A structured, analytical, and problem-solving mindset

• Completed IT training, a degree in computer science, or equivalent qualifications

• Excellent German language proficiency (minimum B2 level)

• Initial experience in HR, payroll, or ERP settings is advantageous but not mandatory
