📋 Description

• Spearhead technical strategy and architectural choices across various teams and products.

• Foster the growth of junior and mid-level talent by creating educational pathways and setting technical standards.

• Investigate, assess, and advocate for the adoption of innovative technologies, frameworks, and methodologies.

• Assume responsibility for complex, unclear issues that involve multiple systems or teams, and drive them toward resolution.

• Engage in technical hiring decisions and participate in interview processes.

• Contribute to engineering roadmap planning and technical strategy development.

• Lead architectural review sessions and technical design discussions.

• Act as a point of escalation for intricate technical problems.

• Initiate efforts to boost engineering productivity and enhance developer experiences.

• Mentor and cultivate the skills of other senior engineers within the organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of software development experience with a proven progression in technical leadership roles.

• Expert-level proficiency in several programming languages, including C#/.NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js).

• Profound understanding of distributed systems architecture, microservices, and cloud-native design patterns.

• Extensive experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), including infrastructure as code, containerization, and orchestration.

• Advanced knowledge of database design, optimization, and management across both SQL and NoSQL systems.

• Proven track record in designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines, automated testing strategies, and DevOps practices.

• Strong foundation in API design, security implementations, and systems integration.

• Experience in performance optimization, scalability planning, and system monitoring.

• History of leading technical projects from inception to delivery.

• Experience in fintech, compliance, or industries with stringent regulations.

• Background in data engineering, analytics, or implementing machine learning solutions.

• Familiarity with event-driven architectures and real-time data processing.

• Knowledge of security frameworks and compliance standards (SOC 2, GDPR, etc.).

• Experience in managing technical debt and modernizing legacy systems.

• Background in technical writing, documentation, and knowledge sharing.

• Experience with agile methodologies and team leadership.

• Understanding of business strategy and the capability to align technical decisions with business goals.
