Full Stack Developer, 7-10 Years

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and sustain robust, scalable, high-performance full-stack web applications utilizing Python FastAPI and React.js.

• Architect and enhance relational SQL and non-relational NoSQL database schemas.

• Incorporate AI/ML technologies, such as predictive modeling, NLP, or LLM-driven functionalities, into production workflows.

• Lead essential product features from technical specifications through design, development, testing, and deployment to production.

• Create and uphold clean, secure, and well-documented RESTful APIs utilizing FastAPI.

• Enhance frontend performance and minimize backend API latency to ensure low-latency responsiveness and high availability.

• Communicate technical designs and trade-offs effectively to engineers, product managers, and executive stakeholders.

• Champion clean coding practices, robust unit and integration testing, CI/CD, and perform code reviews.

⛳️ Requirements

• B. Tech or higher qualification.

• 7–10 years of professional software development experience in an enterprise or rapidly growing tech environment.

• Proficiency in Python with hands-on experience in asynchronous frameworks, particularly FastAPI.

• Strong expertise in modern React.js, including Hooks, state management solutions like Redux/Zustand, and contemporary UI libraries.

• Significant hands-on experience with SQL databases such as PostgreSQL and MySQL.

• Extensive hands-on experience with NoSQL databases including MongoDB, DynamoDB, and Redis.

• Practical experience integrating AI/ML libraries and models such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-Learn, OpenAI API, LangChain, or Hugging Face into real-world applications.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.

• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.

• Strong understanding of Microservices architecture, RESTful API design, and asynchronous task processing.

• Proficiency in Git, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing frameworks.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Preferred: experience with Vector Databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, Qdrant, or Chroma.

• Preferred: experience with DevOps, Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, and monitoring/logging tools.

• Preferred: comprehension of MLOps pipelines and model deployment strategies.

• Any relevant AI/ML and Cloud certification is a plus.
