Mid-Level Software Developer Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design and enhance applications while promoting adherence to software coding and design best practices.

• Develop features in alignment with both business and technical specifications.

• Play a key role in the ongoing advancement of solutions.

• Engage actively in Agile ceremonies, working collaboratively with the team to establish solutions.

• Collaborate with the team to address technical challenges.

• Facilitate process automation, including CI/CD and automated testing.

• Guarantee the quality and efficiency of deliverables.

• Contribute across various domains as needed: backend, frontend, or full-stack.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related discipline, or any degree paired with a postgraduate qualification in IT (minimum of 360 hours).

• Demonstrated experience in software development, with expertise in at least one programming language.

• Familiarity with API development.

• Understanding of database systems (SQL/NoSQL).

• Proficient in version control using Git.

• Knowledgeable about Agile methodologies.

• Awareness of software quality best practices.

• Experience with automated testing and CI/CD processes.

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent communication, teamwork, and active listening skills.

• Self-sufficient, organized, and skilled in time management, with a focus on results.
