Software Developer – Flutter Specialist II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Create and develop global Web and Mobile solutions for digital platforms.

• Offer technical guidance for the design, architecture, and advancement of Backend (Node.js) and Mobile (Flutter) systems.

• Strive for continuous enhancement of solutions regarding software quality, processes, performance, and new features.

• Conduct technical assessments of new initiatives, evaluate feasibility, and assist the product team in solution design.

• Advocate for and uphold readable code, implementing clean code and clean architecture principles.

• Deliver technical support and mentorship to the team on solution design, selection of architectural patterns, and resolving complex challenges.

• Execute code reviews.

• Provide support for solutions while collaborating directly with users, developers, and Grupo Boticário's technology and business teams.

• Document architecture and technical decisions as necessary.

• Ensure compliance with software architecture guidelines and information security policies.

• Track crashes, performance, and feedback from the App Store and Google Play to maintain the technical integrity of production apps.

• Coordinate progressive release strategies utilizing Feature Flags and Remote Config (ConfigCat, Firebase, etc.).

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience as a Tech Lead or Software Technical Architect in high-performance, cross-functional teams.

• Strong background in Web and Mobile frontend frameworks/languages (React / Flutter).

• Understanding of Microservices architecture and REST APIs.

• Proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript.

• Solid grasp of Design Patterns and software architecture principles.

• Practical experience with CI/CD, including GitHub Actions and ArgoCD.

• Familiarity with mobile CI/CD using Bitrise for configuring, building, maintaining, and optimizing automated build, test, and distribution workflows for Android and iOS.

• Experience with automated testing, encompassing unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.

• Background in application monitoring and observability (APM, logs, tracing).

• Experience with NoSQL databases like MongoDB and relational databases such as PostgreSQL.

• Knowledge of performance, scalability, resilience, and information security.

• Awareness of mobile security best practices, including secure storage, code obfuscation, and encryption.

• Understanding of software internationalization strategies (i18n, multiple time zones, and currencies).

• Experience working in agile teams with the ability to function independently in a cross-functional, multilingual, and collaborative environment.

• Strong knowledge of Design Systems, global application state management, and/or Micro Frontends.

• Familiarity with Git workflows (Gitflow, GitHub Flow, GitLab Flow).

• Knowledge of the Firebase ecosystem and Feature Flag tools, including Firebase Crashlytics, Firebase Performance Monitoring, ConfigCat, Firebase Remote Config, Cloud Messaging, and Analytics.
