This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and integrate Ncontracts solutions.

• Create tools that assist financial institutions in understanding risks and compliance issues.

• Provide strategies for financial institutions to mitigate risks.

• Implement sustainable and repeatable practices in application development.

• Collaborate with product teams through user story mapping and design sprints.

• Utilize Kanban to sustain development flow and pinpoint bottlenecks.

• Engage in well-defined projects within small teams.

• Set a positive example and adhere to development best practices.

• Mentor junior developers.

• Review code and take part in retrospectives.

• Identify and troubleshoot bugs and issues.

• Investigate technologies, libraries, and tools.

• Work autonomously to recognize and resolve problems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in one or more of the following languages and their associated frameworks: C#, JavaScript, Ruby, Python.

• Strong understanding of SQL and relational databases.

• Experience in writing unit tests.

• Knowledge of instrumentation techniques.

• Familiarity with building and managing CI/CD pipelines.

• Experience in conducting and receiving code reviews, both in person and in writing.

• Experience working with horizontally scaling systems.

• Experience with or knowledge of message/event-driven architecture patterns and distributed systems architecture.

• Familiarity with systems integration.

• Experience collaborating with an integrated design team.

• A mindset geared towards automation.

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Willingness to undergo a comprehensive background check if employment is offered.
