Software Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Engage in the analysis, design, coding, testing, debugging, configuration, and documentation of software applications.

• Pursue innovative solutions to challenges and provide recommendations for design and implementation.

• Identify, suggest, and actively participate in initiatives for process improvement.

• Utilize widely accepted programming standards and techniques to ensure effective program logic and data manipulation.

• Collaborate with team members across various projects to support both departmental and organizational objectives.

• Plan, test, and implement software version upgrade releases.

• Manage tasks to adhere to assigned project timelines.

• Perform additional duties as required.

• Execute full-cycle design, development, and deployment of software to support, build, and enhance both in-house and third-party systems, platforms, and applications.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in full-stack development utilizing Microsoft technologies like .NET, C#, MVC, Web API, and SQL Server.

• Experience with a diverse range of third-party SDKs and APIs.

• Strong skills in frontend development using JavaScript.

• Experience in building, customizing, or integrating features within contact center software platforms is an advantage.

• Familiarity with cloud technologies such as Microsoft Azure or AWS is preferred.

• Experience with React is also preferred.
