Software Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with customers in the designated territory to maximize their use of Alpine software and enhance their business operations.

• Sustain relationships with existing customers while also supporting new business ventures by offering demonstrations and technical support to end users.

• Collaborate with the sales team in acquiring new accounts.

• Assess the operational processes of potential clients to identify how they can leverage Alpine software to boost productivity and minimize paperwork.

• Oversee the technical aspects of initial installations, business rule configurations, and software training during the transition to the Help Desk team.

• Serve as the Software Expert within the assigned territory for escalated and advanced requests.

• Familiarize customers with new software features.

• Collaborate with the territory salesperson to address customer priorities.

• Foster rapport and cultivate enduring relationships with customer personnel.

• Work collaboratively with software development teams to address market needs in the territory.

• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Preferably a Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Architecture, or Construction Management.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in construction technology is preferred.

• At least 3 years of experience in the technical implementation of software is preferred.

• Experience within the truss industry is preferred.

• Background in customer interaction in a service or support role.

• Strong organizational capabilities.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present information to both internal and external stakeholders.

• Demonstrated record as a highly driven, independent, results-oriented self-starter.

• Willingness to travel regionally up to 80% of the time.

• Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain a good driving record.
