This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with customers within the designated territory to optimize their use of Alpine software and enhance their business operations.

• Sustain relationships with existing clients while supporting new business initiatives through demonstrations and technical assistance for end users.

• Work alongside the sales team in acquiring new accounts.

• Assess the operations of prospective clients to identify how they can leverage Alpine software to boost productivity and minimize paperwork.

• Oversee technical projects that include initial installations, business rule file setups, and software training, ensuring a smooth transition of support to the Help Desk team.

• Serve as the Software Expert within the assigned territory to handle escalated and complex requests.

• Familiarize customers with new features of the software.

• Collaborate with the territory salesperson on customer priorities.

• Establish rapport and cultivate long-lasting relationships with customers’ personnel.

• Work cross-departmentally with software development to address market needs within the territory.

• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.


⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Architecture, or Construction Management is preferred.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in construction technology is preferred.

• At least 3 years of experience in the technical implementation of software is desired.

• Experience within the truss industry is preferred.

• Proven experience in engaging with customers in a service or support role.

• Strong organizational abilities.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the capability to effectively present information to both internal and external stakeholders.

• Demonstrated record as a highly motivated, independent, results-oriented self-starter.

• Willingness to travel regionally up to 80% of the time.

• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
