📋 Description

• Formulate and implement strategies for social media growth

• Oversee and enhance X (Twitter) and LinkedIn profiles

• Organize and release daily content

• Craft compelling posts, threads, articles, and thought leadership pieces

• Investigate trending topics, viral content, and industry discussions

• Cultivate and engage with relevant online communities

• Create content calendars and distribution plans

• Organically boost followers, impressions, engagement, and overall reach

• Evaluate performance and consistently refine content strategies

• Test new content formats and growth methodologies

• Observe competitors and pinpoint growth prospects

• Monitor follower growth, monthly impressions and reach, engagement rates, profile visits, audience expansion, content consistency and quality, organic traffic, and conversions

• Demonstrated expertise in X (Twitter) and LinkedIn

• Excellent writing, communication, and storytelling abilities

• Familiarity with social media algorithms and organic growth techniques

• Skill in identifying trends and producing engaging content

• Insight into personal branding and audience development

• Innovative thinking and robust research capabilities

• Capacity to work independently and handle multiple accounts

• Experience in expanding social media accounts is preferred

• Preferred: Proficiency in Canva and basic graphic design

• Preferred: Familiarity with social media analytics tools

• Preferred: Experience with AI-driven content creation tools

• Preferred: Knowledge of personal branding and creator growth

• Preferred: Background in managing several social media accounts
