This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Regularly appear on camera through short-form videos, Stories, and various organic formats.
• Bring scripts and briefs to life with a confident and authentic delivery.
• Conceptualize, film, and edit content in conjunction with on-camera work.
• Publish static posts, carousels, and other content tailored to the platform.
• Transform briefs, trends, audience insights, and cultural moments into engaging content for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and additional platforms.
• Oversee the daily organic social content calendar, including scheduling, publishing, quality assurance, and asset coordination.
• Extract performance metrics for team analysis.
• Spot opportunities based on emerging formats, discussions, and platform behaviors.
• Experiment with hooks, formats, creative treatments, and posting strategies, utilizing performance insights to refine approaches.
• Engage authentically in comments, creator discussions, and pertinent online communities.
• Investigate AI-driven tools for ideation, production, editing, and audience research.
• Collaborate with teams in social, brand, design, product marketing, and paid media.
• 1–3 years of experience in social media and content creation, including internships, freelance work, or building your own channels.
• Comfort on camera is essential; confidence and natural delivery on screen are required.
• Experience with AI-driven tools for content ideation, writing, editing, production, and data collection.
• Familiarity with the culture, trends, and mechanics of TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
• A portfolio or examples of on-camera or social-first content.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Capability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Preference for candidates in the Eastern Timezone.
• Must reside in the United States.
