This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Strategize and oversee content calendars for VA Central
• Generate campaign concepts and implement finished campaigns
• Investigate content ideas, trends, and formats
• Adapt ideas for various platforms and content types
• Compose social media copy, captions, and campaign messages
• Schedule and publish content
• Manage social media inboxes and interactions
• Create newsletters and email content
• Track campaign performance and enhance future content
• Develop video concepts and explore relevant topics
• Write video scripts for the sales and core teams
• Record content with team members and assist in filming
• Edit daily video content
• Provide briefs to video editors for complex projects
• Review video edits and offer feedback for publication
• Assist with photography and edit images as needed
• Build and update landing pages
• Construct and manage marketing funnels
• Design email sequences and customer journeys
• Set up and utilize marketing automations
• Write copy for landing pages, blogs, and other sales and marketing materials
• Participate in SEO and reporting meetings and implement necessary SEO content adjustments
• Conduct light design work, including projects in Canva
• Collaborate with sales and core teams to determine content needs
• Join discovery calls when required
• Assist with campaigns, projects, team events, and content-related initiatives
• Identify and address content and marketing deficiencies
• Coordinate campaign contributors and approvals
• Ensure timely creation, review, approval, and publication of content
• Analyze campaign outcomes and integrate insights into future campaigns
• Prior experience in social media management, content marketing, digital marketing, campaign management, or a related role
• Excellent copywriting and communication abilities
• Proven experience in creating and managing social media content
• Familiarity with video content creation and basic video editing
• Proficient in using Canva or similar design tools
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and customer journeys
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills
• Capability to handle multiple campaigns and deadlines
• Experience with websites, landing pages, email campaigns, or marketing platforms
• Ability to work independently and take initiative on projects
• Experience with UK businesses or audiences (preferred)
• Knowledge of SEO and content optimization (preferred)
• Familiarity with email marketing and automation platforms (preferred)
• Experience in building funnels and landing pages (preferred)
• Skills in photography and photo editing (preferred)
• Experience collaborating with sales teams (preferred)
• Background in recruitment, property, or professional services (preferred)
• Personal computer or laptop
• ADSL/FIBRE internet connection
• Headphones suitable for use with the VOIP phone system
• Antivirus software installed
• UPS/Back-up Battery for power outages (mandatory)
• Flexible remote position
• Work hours from Monday to Friday between 9 am and 6 pm UK Time
