This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
β’ Oversee the daily execution of paid social campaigns on LinkedIn and Meta, which includes building campaigns, performing quality assurance, launching, and continuous optimization.
β’ Manage third-party media initiatives, such as sponsored emails, webinars, and display advertising on trade websites.
β’ Facilitate the setup of campaigns, maintain communication with partners, ensure asset delivery, and conduct launch quality assurance.
β’ Uphold tracking standards across paid social and third-party media, involving UTMs, naming conventions, and coordination of conversion tracking.
β’ Analyze campaign performance and generate regular reports that include results, insights, and suggested optimizations.
β’ Oversee end-to-end coordination of landing pages, addressing content, form requirements, and campaign links.
β’ Write ad and sponsored email copy while collaborating with content and design teams for creative asset coordination.
β’ Implement A/B testing across various audiences, copy, creatives, and landing pages.
β’ Manage audience targeting, segmentation, exclusions, and refreshes of audiences.
β’ Monitor campaign budgets, pacing, and partner deliverables; identify issues and propose adjustments.
β’ Collaborate with teams in paid search, campaign management, product marketing, content, web, and analytics for integrated campaigns.
β’ Provide precise campaign data, performance insights, and optimization recommendations for collective paid media reporting.
β’ Align nurture strategies and AI email agent (AIE) follow-ups with campaign target audiences, offers, and engagement levels; assess lead quality and progression to enhance qualified pipeline conversion.
β’ 3β4 years of experience in demand generation marketing, with direct involvement in supporting or managing paid social campaigns.
β’ A Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field, or equivalent experience.
β’ Google certification or expert knowledge of the Google and GA4 suite, with a solid grasp of keywords and landing page structures.
β’ Proficient in using spreadsheets for extracting campaign data, interpreting results, and suggesting enhancements.
β’ Strong copywriting abilities and a willingness to learn and implement best practices in testing.
β’ Experience in creating or coordinating landing pages, including assessing content, forms, and campaign links.
β’ Familiarity with tracking hygiene, such as UTMs, naming conventions, and fundamental aspects of conversion tracking.
β’ Excellent attention to detail and commitment to follow through across multiple tools, campaigns, and stakeholders.
β’ Strong organizational skills to manage competing priorities, campaign timelines, and deliverables.
β’ Inquisitive, receptive to coaching, and capable of taking charge of campaign execution.
β’ Preferred experience in coordinating sponsored emails, webinars, or display advertising with trade publications or industry media partners.
β’ Preferred background in B2B SaaS or demand generation, including familiarity with lead nurturing and follow-up, or knowledge of Salesforce or Marketo.
β’ Practical experience in Meta Ads and a working knowledge of LinkedIn Ads is preferred.
β’ Preferred strong writing skills for crafting ad and sponsored email copy.
